1. What time is check-in/out?
Check-in is available from 3pm and check-out by 12 noon. We recommend to proceed the online check-in. It will speed up your check-in at the hotel.
2. Can I check-in early?
If you will be arriving early, we are pleased to offer early check-in upon availability. However, to guarantee availability if arriving before 3pm, we recommend you book the previous night.
3. Can I check-out late?
We would love to prolong your stay with us. Late check-out before 6pm is available for an additional 50 EUR, upon availability.
4. Can I add an extra bed?
Although our rooms are spacious, we do not have the possibility to prepare an extra bed in them. Additional baby cots are complimentary.
5. Do you have a lift?
There are 3 lifts available for our guests. Please note there are 6 steps leading to the first one.
6. How many rooms MOSAIC HOUSE offers?
Our boutique hotel has 94 rooms.
7. What is the smoking policy?
Our hotel is completely no-smoking. A fine is charged for violating this prohibition.
8. Can I bring my children?
We are looking forward to you little ones as well. Although we do not have the family rooms, we offer as perfect alternative very spaceous apartments at MOOo Downtown Residence, which is located right next to our hotel. Children’s playgrounds and other entertainment are within walking distance of the hotel.
9. Does the hotel allow pets?
No animals are allowed in the hotel building.
10. Is the hotel accessible?
The hotel is not accessible.
11. What are the parking options?
We offer 2 types of parking – street Blue zone parking for 400 CZK and courtyard parking for 600 CZK. Rates are valid per car and 24 hours, including VAT. Please note, cars wider than 180 cm will not pass through the gate to the courtyard. Advanced reservation necessary, limited number of parking spots.
12. Does the hotel has a meeting space?
Our meeting room WORKSPACE, which is 41 m2, is available not only to our hotel guests. It has built-in AV equipment, air conditioning and is full of daylight. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
13. Does the hotel has a restaurant?
There are 2 dining options available at the hotel – a restaurant QQ Asian Kitchen (Balinese & Thai cuisine) and Cafe Mosaic with amazing cakes, homemade desserts and much more.
14. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, VISA. Please note we cannot accept payments by cheque.
15. Is VAT included?
VAT is included in all our room rates.
16. Do you have hypoallergenic blankets?
Hypoallergenic pillows and blankets are available on request.
17. Why do you require a deposit upon arrival?
A deposit of 100 EUR is payable upon arrival in cash or by credit card pre-authorisation. The deposit is used to guarantee the payment of any extra costs or damage caused by the guest. The pre-authorization is unblocked by our bank on the day of departure. The amount is credited back to the guest’s account according to the length of the guest bank’s procedure, how long it takes to credit the account from their side.
18. Are there age restrictions for booking a room?
We accommodate guests under the age of 18 only if they are accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
19. Do you offer transfers to/from airport and train stations?
A hotel taxi is available to our guests. We recommend ordering the service well in advance HERE
20. Are there any vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/lactose-free breakfast options?
Our buffet breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from, for vegans and vegetarians as well. Further specific requests are subject to availability.
21. Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, this service is available to our guests.
22. Is there a porter available?
We do not provide porter services.
23. Is room service available?
Room service is not available.
24. It is possible to use the bathtub on the Penthouse terrace even in winter?
The tubs are ready for use only in warm weather, usually from April to October. The water supply is closed during the winter months.
25. Does the hotel take group bookings?
All public rates and terms are based on bookings of up to 5 rooms. For reservation of up to 20 guests, different deposit and cancellation terms will apply and these reservations need to be confirmed directly with our sales team. Please contact email@example.com for further information.
