Dvorak Prague Festival
Event date and time: 20th Aug 2010 - 4th Sep 2010 | Duration: 16 days
It wouldn’t be Prague if there wasn’t something for the classical music lovers. Antonin Dvorak is considered to be the greatest Czech composer by many - even the greatest Czech of all time by some! He managed something only a few great artists were able to accomplish – during his life - he was well known and celebrated, not only in Europe but also in The United States, and even Australia. He travelled a lot but always returned to his beloved Prague so come along and hear the best of his work, performed by the best artists and orchestras from Budapest, Birmingham and London. Performances are held at the beautiful Rudolfinum next to the river. Tickets are available through ticketportal.cz.
