Czech Press Photo - From November 16, 2011
Czech Press Photo is a competition of photo journalists living in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and their photos depicting the events of the last year - both home, and abroad. There are a number of categories such as News, Sport, Portrait, Everyday Life, Art and more. The competition is followed by an exhibition at the Cross Hall, the Knights’ Hall and the Romano-Gothic cellars of the Old Town Hall. Entrance is 100 CZK or 60 CZK for students.
Jamie Woon - November 18, 2011
The new British wonder, singer Jamie Woon is bringing his R&B, groove-based sound to Prague for the first time. He came fourth in the BBC’s Sound of 2011 poll and received critcal acclaim for the single - Night Air. Prague audiences will have the chance to see him live at the MeetFactory on November 18. The Wombats - November 27, 2011
These indie Liverpudlians are coming to Prague on a tour to promote their new album - This Modern Glitch.
