What Green Means To Us

The three �R�s are important to us - reduce, reuse and recycle. We�re putting this learning into practice now and unlike certain hotels we�re really green.

Being green is fun. And, it�s important. Especially to us. So much so, in fact, that we decided to restore our 1930�s building chock-full of fun, energy-saving, earth-friendly components. And, we don�t just talk the talk, like other guys in the industry. We walk the walk. Or, actually, we run the walk (because, ask Usain - it�s more fun to run!). This is no �green wash�…this is green at its finest.

Of course we can�t do everything and that�s where you, the traveller, come into the picture. We�d like to ask you to ask yourself the following questions before making any snap decisions:

Do I really need that extra 10 minutes of steaming-hot water in the shower?
Does a makeup stain on my towel really mean that I should get a new one?
Did I shut off all the lights before leaving the room? This is trick question because we do that for you
Did I recycle my plastic bottle or did I accidentally throw it in the bin?
Do I really need to use public transport if my destination is one stop away?
